This grand villa, one of the largest in New Giza, was fully designed and furnished with a strong emphasis on refined elegance and classical harmony. The project included the entire reception area on the ground floor as well as an independent guest house, ensuring seamless integration between hospitality and luxury living. The design journey was deeply rooted in classical inspiration, characterized by a timeless palette, detailed wall paneling, curated artwork, and bespoke furnishings. Each space was meticulously planned from the double height entrance featuring dramatic chandeliers and marble inlay flooring, to the formal reception areas adorned with layered textures, soft neutral hues, and antique brass accents. Key furniture pieces were custom designed and manufactured to bring the design vision to life with precision. Subtle symmetry and layered lighting enhanced the spatial experience, while cozy family corners and serene dining spaces offered a welcoming balance of function and finesse. The guest house follows the same refined narrative, offering comfort through craftsmanship and thoughtful layout.
